Sioux 680 Valve Grinding Machine

Nice valve grinding machine. Would be a great addition to any machine shop or engine builder. It's just gathering dust here. It's sat awhile and needs to be cleaned up but don't let it fool you, it's a great piece of equipment. I saw one listed on ebay for 2500. This is a 3 angle. Comes with the cabinet and stones and tools. I will go through it and clean it up to see what all is there. The manual is available as a pdf online for free. Let's say 1800 OBO. Can deliver locally for a fee. If you have an offer let's talk.

      Fuel leak.

Need help from the bronco experts here. Finishing a 4.0 swap from from a 91 ranger into my son's 1990 bronco 2. We have everything in place, plugged in, fueled up and running after a upper end rebuild including all new injectors. It starts right up and sounds pretty good but it's dripping gas out of the exhaust. It's actually dripping really fast. It's definitely not any of the new gaskets leaking, I went to great lengths to get that stuff the best it could be and torqued correctly . Can vacuum leaks make gas leak into the exhaust like that? Bad and/or lack of ground? It has good compression, spark, fuel pressure. New coil pack, plugs and wires.

Any help will save my sanity and my kids prized possession from going up for sale.

        1996 Ford Bronco

$4500obo! Motivated seller. Eddie Bauer Edition. 351W 5.8 with 84,xxx miles. Push button 4x4 and locking rear differential. Electric windows/locks/mirrors. Sony head unit and speakers, and comes with a Sony sub, box and Amp. Brand new GoodYear Wranglers with less that 10 miles on them. All interior plastics and dash are in great shape, the carpet was pulled and the rear seat was pulled to make a off road truck but the truck is in too good of shape to start cutting on and taking off road. It wouldnt crank so I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines, computer and a few sensors with no luck. Come to find out 4 injectors were shot so I replaced them also. Over $1300 in new gear! Great running truck! $4500obo clean title.

1984 Ford Ranger single cab has 87 2.9 v6 fuel injected with a 5 speed. Manual transmission and 4x4. Truck is brand new all the way around except for the engine and trans. All new ball joints tie rods inner and outers. New hubs and bearings and seals.New u joints and axles new shocks all the way around new disc drilled and slotted ceramic brakes on front and new rear drums pads wheel cylinders. All new rear axle seals. After market mechanical coolant and oil gauges, cold air intake, Sitting on 31's all terrian all even wear maybe 2500 miles on them all suspension and front end work done by professional shop. New starter alternator ,New clutch slave and master cylinder new flywheel pressure plate throw out bearing and pilot bearing. The only thing it needs is for the flywheel to be shimmed the part is 20$. The starter and ring gear isn't lining up correctly and after doing all the work too it it's hard to watch it go but I'm wanting something bigger and diesel. For a 84 the body is in pretty good shape rust on the fender Wells of the box the cab is in very good shape always been a fun truck never really beat on hard whenever it needed fixed it's been fixed.

So I'm not trying to sell my truck by any means. I'm just curious what other ranger enthusiasts would consider my truck worth to a fellow ranger lover.

                It's a 1995 4.0 XLT 2wd. 170,801 chassis miles.

Fresh rebuild auto trans from Ford. Has 450 miles on the trans.

Motor has 70,801. Was also done by Ford at 100k. I'm second owner never wrecked.

Every bit of the truck functions properly and great.

Been switched to the single drive line and all Ford approved.

Has brand new Mickey Thompson 15x10 on Toyo A/T 30.5x11 wheels have under 100 miles.

                Tool box in bed

Power everything, highest available model of the year.

Has Kenwood touch screen deck and Kenwood carbon fiber 6x8" speakers.

Wired for subs with $240 wiring kit.

Interior 9/10 when detailed. Exterior prob 7 or 8/10

                Always maintained and serviced well.

Hedman shorty headers to some random aftermarket y pipe to straight pipe, sounds fucking incredible, always complemented on it.

                Swap bars front and rear

                Tow package

                Brakes are good

                Now has full k&n intake

Probably still forgetting things, I've had it four years. Motor has never failed, my only breakdowns were the trans going out, and when my carrier bearing went out on driveline (why I switched to one piece)

All pics are current, the black 17's are the day before I bought my new wheels. 5 days ago

                    1988 ranger stx 4x4 5 speed

I hate to do this but sadly I need to sell my baby. Has a bent/ sticking valve on cylinder #1 I don't have the time to fix it and I need a bigger vehicle for the family. I've put so much time, money and work into this truck but its time to let it go I need it out of my garage (been garage kept). The list of new parts is extensive but I'll give a brief rundown. The 2.9 is new and has 32,000 miles on it. Has world product heavy duty heads, pacesetter headers, 220 amp high output chevy alternator, dual core radiator, new fuel pumps in tank and frame rail. New wheel bearings, tie rods inner and outer, ball joints, u joints, shocks and brakes front and back.. New aftermarket headlights and taillights with LEDs inside and out. Barely any rust and the frame is in excellent condition. Power windows and locks, 2" factory high rider stx suspension lift, redone interior 4.10 gears d28 manual hubs. Asking $3000 obo I'll also take trade offers for a good running SUV maybe jeep xj or something like that. Any questions shoot me a message, I have tons of pics of this thing. Will need to be towed I'm located in Vineland NJ.

87 B2 4X4 manual. Here s the issue lack of power. Starts and runs just fine — FORD RANGER BRONCO 2 OWNERS

87 B2, 4X4, manual. Here's the issue, lack of power. Starts and runs just fine. Idle is good. Timing is good. Feels like it is in a limp mode but was told that it doesn't have that. Feels like it's not in gear, though it's a manual. Every once in a while you can feel it surge/kick in and out. Checked all of the plug wires they are good. Replaced the ignition coil last, found it to be electrically leaking. New starter, new alternator, new cap and rotor, new tp sensor and map sensor, and new starter solenoid.

If anyone lives close to Ozark Missouri that could give me hand with this, it will greatly appreciated.

Hey I got a Bronco 2 for sale in Monroe WA. It's got chipped paint otherwise a clean body. It needs a new tranny or tranny rebuild. It's an automatic and will manually shift into first and second but once you put it in drive it won't catch gears. Engine just needs a new valve gasket and she will be ready to rocknroll. I'd take 300 for her. You could find a new tranny for bout a hundred bucks and be into it less than 500 by the time you were done! I am 16 and this car was sold to me by my grandpa. I changed all the spark plugs, air filter and everything and she ran AMAZING for about 2 months and then she pooped on me while driving to work. Let me know if your interested and I can send some pics!

Don't want to sell and on the fence but may have to saddly. I have a 1983 Ford Ranger with a 5.0 swap with an np435, d30 SAS with Ironman long arms, 63 inch chevy rear leaves on 32s and much more. I did all the work myself over the years and have a build thread link to everything I've done. It is topped with an FiTech bolt on efi with only 100 miles on it. Also has new front brakes and rotors with only 100 miles. This was my first vehicle and I just don't have time to have fun with her anymore. Weird starter thing, I have a brand new starter and flywheel. My starter relay wasn't handling the load very well and I found out it was because the wires were in dire need of replacement. Rewired the starter (just one positive lead). Bolted the starter back on and it didn't hesitate at all to try and start. However the starter is grinding on the flywheel very bad, I let it run for a while just to get the juices flowing and went to start it again and it sounded like the starter didn't catch any gears at all. Any Ideas?

Selling my 84 Bronco II. Has approximately 98k on odometer (not positive if it's actual mileage or not). Has original 2.8 V6 that cranks on first try with 5 speed transmission and 4x4 works. No a/c. Runs and drives great, but does need output shaft bearing in transmission replaced.

Asking $8,000 obo. Serious inquires only!

I do have a built 302 (pictured) that I had planed on putting in it that I might sell with the truck for the right price.

How many of you guys change out your own gears and are not certified mechanics? I'm very familiar with tools, removing rear ends, doing wheel bearings, etc etc. I've just never took the plunge into installing and switching gears. I've had my last set done by a ring n pinion shop. Just would be nice to not have to pay the labor on this when I can easily take everything apart and put it all together. I've watched many videos on it and understand it all... setting the pinion preload/crush sleeve is the one thing that seems to be the pain, cuz if it's over crushed then it's unusable.

I am finishing up rebuilding my wrecked 1986 Ranger 4x4 and I'm ready to get rid of things that I won't be needing. Parts are from a 1986 Ranger 4x4, manual shift, 2.9 V-6.

Maybe others can use them, so I'm not trying to gouge anyone, just be fair in offers. Larger items I prefer local pick-up and I'm open to meeting within reasonable distance.

Engine is maybe rebuildable or for parts.

I'm putting a 4.0 in my 84 b2, don't know much about engine swaps, been told I need to change the fuel tank because the 4.0 is FI, I may have heard the wiring harness needs to be changed too with it being an 84

But my question is, what are all the things I have to do to swap the 2.8 to the 4.0?

I'm selling my 86 bronco II. It's been sitting for a couple of months. It was my daily untill I started having an issue with the injectors and the computer and I haven't been able to get it running since. The motor and tranny ran great until the fuel issue. I'm not sure about the mileage the odometer has tripped. It's got rust just from the weather but other than pain the body is in excellent condition.

It sat at the MSU for almost 30 years and at one time was part of their electronics program. When I acquired it, it had only 670 miles on it. Currently it is about to turn over to 6k on the odometer. It has been brought back to life and runs like it would have coming off the lot 30yrs ago. Everything is in fantastic condition and working order. I am torn on keeping it or selling it to someone that might have the means of restoring it even more than I have and preserve this timeless piece of bronco history. At the same time I know that I will enjoy every minute of owning it for myself.

I've taken a couple things off but nothing major. Just wanting to see if someone will use it or I'm going to scrap it. I would suggest going through it before dropping it in a truck as I don't know the history. I just known I heard it run before I pulled it.

My sister wants to lift up her time capsule 99 ford ranger. 2wd coil spring front, found kits and springs, spindles, spacers however the spacers I am not a fan of spacers so much, the springs and spindles seem to be the thing.

However, I noticed an issue with lifting spindles, either there is a bearing issue or the rotor needs to be changed, anybody have an input on what spindles to run?

Now spring wise, its abit easier but since these trucks run a upper control arm I know too high will cause binding and I've seen 2.5 inch max but that is not set in stone , anybody know what is the max height to run On the stock upper arm.

So I'm in the middle, spindle or spring, what do you guys run on your coil spring 2wd trucks.
